What does BPMN Agent do?

It turns process descriptions, documents, and interviews into BPMN 2.0 models and keeps them in a shared process landscape, linked to systems, roles, and documents. On that model it analyses automation potential and prepares the implementation: architecture, roadmap, and tickets.

Which files can I upload?

PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX, XLS), PowerPoint (PPTX), images (PNG, JPG), SVG, and BPMN 2.0, XML and Visio (VSDX). diagrams.net diagrams work as a PNG, PDF, or SVG export. Scanned PDFs and screenshots are read by an image model.

Can I import and export BPMN models?

Yes. A BPMN 2.0 file is imported exactly as it is, without an AI rewriting it. Models export as BPMN 2.0, PowerPoint, or HTML, so they keep working in other BPMN tools.

Is the generated diagram final?

No, it is a first draft that saves the first pass. You refine it in the BPMN editor or by chat. An automatic check flags structural problems such as dead ends or decisions without a question, and a review compares the model with your source. Every saved state is a version.

Which AI models does it use?

BPMN Agent is LLM-agnostic. It works with models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and the model can be chosen per client.

What happens to my data?

There is no tracking and no advertising cookie, only a session cookie for the login. Each client's data is kept separate, and you can export your data or request its deletion at any time. Which service providers process what is listed in the privacy policy.

Do I need to install anything?

No. BPMN Agent runs in the browser. You open the workspace, bring your documents, and start.

Can a consultancy use it for several clients?

Yes. One account holds several clients, each with its own branding, members, and feature set.
